Below shows an approximation of our free collection area. We will, of course collect machines outside of this area however, if you are more then 10 miles radius of our base, we will charge a nominal amount for mileage, you can however, leave your equipment with one of our convenient drop-off locations.
Our phones operate 24-hours a day. When we’re not available or we’re with other customers, they will take a message and send it to us wherever we are so we won’t miss your call.
Even when we’re out of town, we get your voicemail sent directly to our Mobile Devices and email notifications so if you leave us with an email address and phone number, we will be able to get back to you as quickly as humanly possible.

We are available 24 hours a day via email and phone however, we only make visits during the daylight hours.

Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
Saturday: 10:00 – 14:00
Sunday: 10:00 – 12:00
Bank Holidays we are closed unless it is an emergency. If you choose this option, a charge will be added to your bill.
